SPANISH MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. Spanish olives, sliced
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
Cracker meal
1/2 c. tomato sauce or catsup with 2 tbsp. water

Combine first 7 ingredients; add enough cracker meal to take up excess liquid and hold together. Pack into loaf pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. During last 1/2 hour, pour on tomato sauce, cover and finish baking.
