2 c. crushed unsalted soda crackers
2 c. walnuts
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 med. can sliced peaches

Mix 6 egg yolks with sugar; mix yolk combination with crackers, walnuts and baking powder. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff. Fold into cracker combo. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees in a 13x9 inch pan. When cooled, crumble into serving bowl. Top with Cool Whip and decorate with peaches and cherries.
