NUTTY GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. orange peel
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch bundt pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients, except nuts; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

GLAZE:

In small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 5 tablespoons water, and 1/4 cup butter until melted. Remove from heat; add 3/4 cup powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake.
