FROZEN PRALINE DESSERT 
2 c. crushed Wheat Chex
1 c. pecan pieces or halves
1 c. brown sugar
1 can coconut (1 c.)
1 stick butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Melt butter and sugar. Mix pecans, coconut and wheat chex. Bake dry ingredients for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, stir occasionally. Pour melted sugar an butter mixture over dry ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup. Put in 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Cut ice cream and put over mixture in pan. Put reserved mixture on top. Freeze. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
