LEMON JIFFY DESSERT | |
Bake a yellow Jiffy cake mix in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cool. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 2 c. cold milk Mix and spread over cooled cake. Top with a can of lemon pie filling. Cover with an 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Top with coconut. |
