CHEESY SAUSAGE MUFFINS 
1/4 lb. ground pork sausage, cooked & drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into sm. cubes
1/2 c. (2 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. biscuit mix
2 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine eggs and milk; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Yield: 2 dozen.
