TURTLE CAKE 
18 1/2 oz. German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
6 oz. chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour half the batter in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Melt caramels, milk and butter in double boiler. Stir pecans in after melted. Pour caramel mixture over baked cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour other half of batter on top and bake 20 minutes. No need for frosting.
