POTATO SALAD 
Sprinkle:

2 1/2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
1 tsp. each sugar
wine vinegar

Add:

1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
salt
celery seed to taste

Toss. Fold in 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced. Chill.

Serves 4.
