FIVE HOUR STEW 
2 lb. stew meat, cubed
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 c. carrots, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. Minute tapioca

Preheat oven to 250°F. Place all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Cover and bake at 250°F for 5 hours.
