5 HOUR BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef stew meat (cut in nice size chunks) 1/4 c. Minute tapioca 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 #2 can mushrooms including juice 2 lg. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. water Mix all. Bake in heavy covered Dutch oven for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Serve over rice or egg noodles. |
