SLOW COOK BEEF STEW | |
3-4 lb. stew meat 1 tsp. sweet basil 1 bag carrots, cut diagonally 5 med. onions 3/4 c. burgundy wine 3-4 cans beef broth 1/2 c. minute tapioca 1 whole celery, cut diagonally 4 med. potatoes Put all ingredients in Dutch oven or roasting pan. Cover and cook at 250 degrees all day. |
