SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
16 oz. Russian salad dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Wesson oil
Salt & pepper
1 whole fryer or fryer parts (lg. chicken)
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Prepare chicken for cooking. Season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Place chicken in cooking dish. Spread mixture over chicken. Bake for 1 hour 25 minutes. Serves 6.
