ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. onions
2 cloves garlic
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours. Stir approximately every 1/2 hour.
