ITALIAN STYLE GARLIC BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Beat together all ingredients with mixer. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 1 month. To serve, spread on French bread. Broil 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 3/4 cup.
