ZUCCHINI RELISH 
10 c. ground zucchini
4 c. ground onions
3 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. salt

Soak in 2 trays of ice overnight. Rinse in cold water and drain.

1 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar

Bring to boil with above mixture. Fill hot jars. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
