QUICK CORN RELISH 
1 (12 oz.) can corn (save 1/4 c. liquid)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash of cayenne pepper

Set aside drained corn. Combine corn liquid with remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Mix well; cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add corn.

Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
