DO - AHEAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix all ingredients together well. Put into a large casserole or baking dish; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
