1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. corn oil
3/4 c. club soda
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Mix all together, dip floured fillet and cook.
