COLE SLAW 
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 carrot grated

Combine mayonnaise, sugar and relish in small bowl; mix well. Let set while shredding and grating. Combine all and mix well. Refrigerate. Stir before serving.

Can substitute Splenda for the sugar.
