6 slices bread, cubed & crusted 6 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. half & half 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. bacon or 1 lb. sausage Cook and drain meat. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put meat on top of bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread and meat. Cover with foil and refrigerate. When ready to use, heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered. Best if made and refrigerated the day before. |
