STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry gelatin mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/2 cup drained strawberries. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans. (Can use heart shaped pans.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. vinegar
4 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil water and granulated sugar together for 2 minutes. Mix confectioners' sugar and egg. Blend the two mixtures and add Crisco and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add 1/2 cup drained strawberries.
