SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 c. cheese, grated
6 summer squash

Wash and cut squash into fourths. Boil until tender. Season to taste. Drain and place in baking dish. Pour soup over squash and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
