ANCHOVY DRESSING 
Place following ingredients in glass jar. Shake and refrigerate until ready to use over salad.

1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 can chopped anchovies
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 c. water
3 drops vinegar
Add pinch of parsley, basil, chives

Will keep in refrigerator at least 2 weeks. Use over favorite greens.
