ANCHOVY SAUCE | |
1 1/4 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 c. butter 2 garlic, finely chopped 3/8 c. parsley 1/2 tsp. oregano Pepper, to taste Heat butter and oil in pan. Add garlic and heat very slowly for 5 minutes. Add the oil from anchovies to saucepan, chop the anchovies and add to pan with parsley and oregano. Heat for 5 minutes and season with pepper. |
