MOZZARELLA BREAD 
1 loaf Vienna bread
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Saute onion and pepper. Mix with pimento, butter and cheese. Split bread lengthwise and across nearly through the loaf of bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
