4-5 lb. boneless beef roast 1 can beef consomme 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix Pepperocini peppers to taste 1 can beer Combine soup, dressing mix, peppers and beer. Cook with roast in crock pot on high for 5 to 6 hours. Slice roast and return to soup mixture and cook on low for 1 hour. |
