CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage, pork, omit if desired
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper
Scalded cabbage leaves
3 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup water in roaster. Mix well. Wrap with cabbage leaves. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees.
