PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 lb. your favorite pasta (fresh or frozen)
1 bunch broccoli
1 onion
3 carrots
1 zucchini (lg.)
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
3 or 4 tbsp. olive oil

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cut vegetables into strips. (You can use the broccoli stalks too.) Add vegetables to frying pan with 1/2 cup of water. Cover pan and simmer until vegetables are done to desired tenderness. When done season to taste.
