ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 pkg. frozen spinach- (10 oz.) thawed and squeezed of its juices
1 can of artichoke hearts-(14 oz.) chopped (can also use thawed frozen hearts)

Combine all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 minutes at 325°F or heat in microwave a few minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
