RICE MOLD 
1 lb. rice
3 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook rice according to directions, on package. Saute onions, green pepper, celery and mushrooms together. Mix all ingredients with soup. Place in greased mold or 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If pan is used, cut in squares.
