SWEET 'N SOUR PORK 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet; add pork and garlic. Cook until pork is brown on all sides. Stir in the onion, pepper, pineapple and its liquid, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into liquid in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until shiny and thickened. Serve over rice.
