1 c. instant nonfat dry milk solids
1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter melted

Combine all four ingredients in an electric blender and blend until very smooth. Yields about 1 1/4 cups or an amount equal to a 14 oz. can of Eagle Brand. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
