SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. condensed milk
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. sugar

Beat together and put into well buttered casserole. Add topping made of:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans

Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
