CREAM BISCUITS 
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
butter, melted
1 c. whipping cream

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Stir flour and cream together. Turn out onto floured surface; knead 8 to 10 times. Roll out 1/2 inch thick; cut with 2 inch cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 500 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter. Makes about 12 biscuits.
