CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. yellow hoop cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped ripe olives
Garlic powder to taste
Pinch of soda
Cayenne pepper to taste

Have cheese at room temperature. Grate hoop cheese and cream all ingredients with hand. Roll into logs or round ball. Place rolls or ball on wax paper that has already been sprinkled with paprika or nuts and coat. Wrap in wax paper and keep in refrigerator or may be frozen.
