LIME PIE | |
6 oz. can frozen limeade concentrate 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. sour cream 3 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed Few drops green food coloring Chopped nuts (pecans) Chocolate chips 6 oz. Johnston's chocolate pie crust Combine limeade (undiluted and frozen) and sweetened condensed milk. Add sour cream and food coloring. Stir until blended. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust. Garnish with chopped chips and nuts. Refrigerate. I usually add more sour cream and whipped topping and mixture will make 3 pies or one 9 1/2 x 13 inches. Low fat sour cream and whipped topping can be used. Crust can be made by purchasing chocolate wafers. Add melted butter and sugar. Pour into 13 x 9 1/2 inch dish. Cut into squares. |
