OVEN SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. chuck steak or round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 sm. can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

Flour meat and brown in pan with onion, salt and pepper and whatever other seasonings you like. Place meat in casserole dish, cover with cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms. Bake for about 2 hour or until done. Cover with aluminum foil while cooking.
