BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. quick oats
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. egg
3/4 c. blueberries

Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12.
