ITALIAN BEEF 
3 lbs. boneless chuck roast

Simmer 2 hours with a little water, salt, and pepper to taste in a crock pot. Mix: 1-2 cloves garlic 1 chopped onion 1-2 green peppers, thin sliced 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Pour over meat; cook 3 hours until shredded.
