CHESS CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (melted)
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg in a bowl. Press into slightly greased 9x13 rectangle Pyrex dish.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 3 eggs with mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Do not overcook or bottom will be too brown.
