CHESS CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar (reserving 3 tbsp.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg in a medium bowl with mixer until doughy. Press in greased 9 x 13 glass dish. Beat 3 eggs and add box confectioners sugar and softened cream cheese. Pour and spread over dough.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle reserved sugar on top. Cut into squares to serve.
