CHICKEN SALAD 
Cooked chicken, room temp.
Salt & pepper
Whipping cream
Mayonnaise
Celery, chopped

Cut chicken in small pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then mix 2 to 6 tablespoons whipping cream enough to thoroughly moisten the chicken. Cover and chill 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and stir vigorously with wooden spoon. Use firm side strokes to break up chicken. Add mayonnaise to taste and blend well. Stir in chopped celery, add more cream if necessary.
