BRANDIED FRUIT 
1 c. starter (if no starter is available use 1 cup brandy)
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned peaches, well drained

Cover and stir every day for 10 days. Add: 2 c. pineapple, well drained

Cover and stir every day for 10 days. Add: 1 c. pitted sweet cherries, well drained 1 c. pitted tart cherries, well drained

Cover and stir for 10 days. Put in jars and refrigerate. VERY GOOD SERVED OVER ICE CREAM OR CAKE.
