3 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® combination, wild and white rice, cooked as directed on pkg.
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar sliced pimento
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. French style beans, drained
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen but should not be cooked first, if frozen.
