BALLOON BUNS 
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
10 lg. marshmallows
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together cinnamon and sugar.

In a small saucepan, melt the 3 tablespoons of butter. Remove from heat.

Grease the bottom and sides of 10 muffin cups. Put water in 2 other muffin cups to prevent scorching. Roll out each biscuit into a 5-inch circle. Dip each marshmallow into butter, then into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Wrap dough around marshmallows, pinching tightly together at the bottom.

Dip roll into remaining butter, then into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place pinched side down into muffin tin. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown or puffy.
