OVEN SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, 1/2-3/4" thick
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cut meat into 4 portions. Mix flour and salt; pound into meat. Set aside remaining flour. Brown meat in small amount of hot oil. Place meat in shallow baking dish. Blend remaining flour with drippings in skillet. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Pour over meat. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or until tender. Top with cheese; return to oven a few minutes. Serves 4.
