PEACH CLAFOUTI 
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 c. sliced peaches
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar to sprinkle on top

Generously butter a shallow 1 to 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Place sliced peaches in dish. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients for about 2 minutes. Pour the mixture over the peaches. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until Clafouti is golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Let cool, but serve when it is slightly warm.

Delicious. Added a little cinnamon. Substituted half and half for cream because it is what I had. Served with peach ice cream.
