ZUCCHINI MEAT LOAF 
8 slices stale bread broken into pieces
2 lbs. ground beef
4 lbs. zucchini, cooked and mashed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. each salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and Accent
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Pour enough hot water over bread to moisten, add ground beef, zucchini, onion, seasonings and eggs mix well. Stir in cheese (1/2 cup). Place in greased pan or casserole dish top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
