NO-CRUST PEPPERONI-CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, diced
2 oz. pepperoni, diced (about 1/2 c.)
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9 inch pie plate; set aside.
