WILD STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. hot water 2 pt. fresh strawberries 1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry jello 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 baked pie shells Combine sugar, water, jello and cornstarch. Cook at a slow rolling boil for 5 minutes. Put berries in baked pie shells. Pour mixture over berries. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream or sour cream when served. Makes 2 pies. |
